Installation 

All Water Filter Units are to be installed by a qualified tradesperson in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and AS/NZS 3500 plumbing and AS/NZS 3350 wiring regulations.

Installation of your Water Filter System is made easy, by our option to have the Unit Installed by a Licenced Professional.

Our undersink ambient Water Filters, and counter top water filters are easy to install. Either purchase the kit, or request Installation and we will arrange for the unit to be installed. Otherwise, you may arrange for the installation yourself.

Our Undersink Chillers, Oversink Boiling Units, and Freestaning Bubblers and Coolers require connection to Mains Water and Electricity. It is necessary that these units are installed by a licenced professional for the manufacturers warranty to be upheld. Installation by a non-professional will result in the manufacturers warranty being null and void.

If you require installation with your unit, we have a standard fee for Installation. Installation of ambient units located under the sink, with connection to mains is $110.00. The installation rate for Units that require Connection to mains and power is $220. Standard Installation of these units requires a powerpoint and mains water to be located within reach of the unit. Non-Standard installation may incur an additional fee. You will be notified if an additional fee is required for non-standard installation prior to the installation.

Water Filter Replacement Cartidges

Replacement Cartridges are designed for Quick and easy twist-off Change. Filter replacements are easy to change and install. When you receive your water filter replacement cartridge, you will also receive easy instructions to change the Filter Cartridge yourself, specific to the filter unit / system that you have purchased.
